Application Process
To obtain the badges, you are required to apply through Y-click. You will need to upload certain documents in ‘My Files’ namely, your Business Registration Number (BRN), Proof of residence i.e. Utility bills (PoR), Registered Staff List (RSL), Raw Materials Source List (RMSL) and Document Quality Assurance Process (QAP).
If you possess a range of products within a similar category, e.g. Furniture, you will be required to provide information about the specific product you are seeking a badge for. These details should effectively demonstrate how your product aligns with the badge criteria.
Conditions to maintain Product badges
1. Adherence to Quality Standards: The products must consistently meet or exceed established quality standards set by the relevant authorities or certification bodies.
2. Compliance to badges criteria: Products should continuously meet the standard set to retain the badges obtained and not contradict the values associated with them.
3. Compliance with Regulations: The products must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure safety, legality, and ethical practices.
4. Transparency and Accountability: The Merchant must demonstrate transparency and accountability in providing accurate and reliable information about the product's attributes, origins, and certifications.
5. Continuous Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Regular assessments should be conducted to ensure the products continuously meet product badges criteria and necessary changes should be implemented for improvement.
Failure to comply with these conditions will not only result in the removal of the product but also be considered a violation of Yellow Markets’ Terms and conditions resulting in the suspension of the Merchant from the online Marketplace.
