Yellow Markets provides delivery services for some of our Online Marketplace  Merchants, as part of our dedication to giving our shoppers a smooth and effective shopping experience. The service is provided through a reliable delivery partner. Please carefully read the following information about our delivery policies:

2. Shipping Costs:

 a. Shipping costs may apply. The cost if any will be calculated based on the total order items and total size/weight of order.

 b. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you proceed with payment. For orders that qualify for free shipping, the applicable information will be indicated during the checkout process.

3. Delivery processing:

 a. Upon successful payment confirmation, the merchant will begin processing your order. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days.

 b. Once packed, the delivery time is within 1 - 2 business days.

 c. Total processing and delivery time is estimated to be 2 to 4  business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended, and we appreciate your understanding.

 d. Same Day or Express Delivery Options:
   a. These options may be available depending on Merchant's own delivery services, or when YM Express service is agreed with a Merchant,
   b. The options will be communicated either at checkout, or items have YM Express Delivery Icon displayed,
   c. The options are subject to available vehicle, location and may have a surcharge to the Shopper.

 e. Delivery cost is subject to the item's weight, size, delivery time, and destination location.

 f. Multiple items from multiple  Merchant/eShops may be delivered within the same package, however; size/weight conditions to minimise delivery cost.

 g. In cases where the combined package size or weight exceeds the YM delivery box size delivery fee threshold, the next size/weight package will apply.

 h. A tracking number will be communicated to Shopper through the Yellow Markets’ email.

4. Shipment Tracking

For your convenience, we will keep you updated through Yellow Markets on YM Delivery service from order processing, item(s) pickup, and dispatched from the distribution centre. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery and stay informed about its progress until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Attempts and Reception:

 a. The Yellow Markets Delivery Partner service will make every effort to deliver your package to the specified shipping address. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, a notification will be left in your account, and we will arrange for redelivery or pickup if our delivery attempts fail.

 b. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts. If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please raise a Support Ticket from the help desk on the order item(s).

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

In rare cases of delayed or missing deliveries, please raise a Support Ticket, and we will investigate the matter promptly. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, some situations, such as customs processing or unforeseen transportation issues, may cause delays beyond our control. Rest assured, we will work diligently to resolve any delivery issues and keep you informed throughout the process.
