A. Of course. On Yellow Markets homepage you will find the option to Register as A Merchant on the upper right-hand side of the menu bar. We value your interest in selling your products to our Shoppers and gladly welcome you to the vibrant Merchant community on Yellow Markets.

A. To unsubscribe to the newsletter you need to go into your Shopper account and into ''Newsletter Subscription'' section. There you can uncheck the box and then click on save. We recommend you to remain a subscriber to receive updates and promotions.

A. No after you placed an order you cannot change the address as the order is already processed for delivery. You can only change the address in ''my account'' section and then this address will be the new address for all of your new orders. We advise ensuring the correct address placement to avoid any confusion during delivery.

A. If you disagree with the Merchant's resolution to your ticket, you can escalate the issue by raising a resolution form from the same ticket. Additional steps or procedures may be implemented to address the issue.

A. The response time from the Merchant may vary depending on the nature and urgency of the shopper product issue. However, typically Merchants strive to respond to tickets in a timely manner to address customer concerns promptly.

A. You need to raise an enquiry through the “My Orders” section and select the category (delivery, refund, replacement, or others), priority, order number, product related to the order, and write your message. You can optionally upload images or additional documentation to support your request.

A. Take pictures of the damaged or incomplete package for evidence and place a resolution request by raising a Support Ticket from your Help Desk. In the event of return or replacement, hold onto all packaging materials as carriers may require inspection.
