TYPES OF MERCHANT DELIVERIES IN YELLOW MARKETS

YM Delivery

YM Delivery is managed through Yellow Markets and its delivery partners. The delivery fee is not included in your product price and is charged to the Shopper separately. The applicable delivery fee is currently calculated according to the order weight and available YM Delivery Crate sizes. Order collection, tracking and delivery statuses are managed through the YM system and Driver App.

Merchant Own Delivery

Select Own Delivery if you manage delivery of your products directly. Your delivery cost is considered included in the product price, and no separate delivery fee is charged to the Shopper at checkout. YM provides limited delivery status updates for these orders. Delivery arrangements and communication with the Shopper can be managed through the YM Helpdesk, while your driver may contact the Shopper by phone when required.
