The funds collected by Yellow Markets on behalf of Merchants from sales of products  through their Yellow Markets eShop; a Payout will be processed monthly based on the 1st bank day of the following month.

Yellow Markets will process the payout amount to:
Your bank account registered with us, or
Your My.t Money account (pending reconfirmation on My.t Money wallet),
Payment processing fees, delivery charges, returns, and other charges will be deducted from the pay-out amount.

Good to know:

1. Pay-out can take 1 to 2 bank days.
2. Bank charges may apply (refer to pay-out conditions).

Pay-Out Delay

A pay-out delay is incorporated into your merchant agreement. The “pay-out delay” is the time between processing the order including delivery, potential refund claims or resolution process. This process can take up to 14 days.

Pay-out Request

The merchant has the option to request additional pay-out within a given month.

The merchant making the request, is to take into consideration the pay-out delays still apply (14 days) and that additional bank charges apply as per pay-out conditions.
