Here is what it takes to earn each badge:

 

3 Star Merchant Trust Badge

Merchants must achieve an average score of 60% from at least 15 shoppers in two review categories: Product Quality and Services. This means they need a total of 90 points out of 150, with an average of 3 points per shopper review. If they do not reach this threshold, additional shopper reviews are required. This ensures consistent quality and service across transactions.


4 Star Merchant Trust Badge

Merchants pursuing the 4-star badge need to maintain an average of 80% from at least 25 shoppers for Product Quality and Services. This sums up to 200 points out of 250, with an average of 4 points per shopper review. This represents a higher level of excellence in both product quality and services.


5 Star Merchant Trust Badge

To achieve the prestigious 5-star badge, merchants must maintain an impressive average of 90% from a minimum of 50 shoppers in both Product Quality and Services categories. This results in a total score of 450 points out of 500, with an outstanding average rating of 4.5 points per shopper review, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to delivering top-notch quality and service excellence.
